About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and administrative activities for the IT Projects. This role is suitable for candidates with no experience who are interested in project management, IT operations, system implementation, and coordination work within a large-scale and mission-critical environment. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, Vendors, and Stakeholders to ensure project activities, schedules, documentation, and communications are properly managed and tracked.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities and support project execution
Track project progress, action items, milestones, and deliverables
Support project scheduling, meeting coordination, and resource planning
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers
Assist in monitoring project timelines and highlighting potential delays or risks
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders on project matters
Follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals, and action items
Arrange project meetings, workshops, and discussions
Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials, and minutes of meeting (MOM)
Track meeting action items and ensure timely follow-up
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or Engineering
Applicants with no experience are encouraged to apply
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Attention to detail and strong follow-up capability
Basic understanding of project management methodologies
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare clear meeting minutes and reports
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
5 day week @ AMK area
Only Born Singaporean will considered.
