Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services for senior management and authorised visitors.
• Transport passengers safely, courteously, and punctually to appointments and designated locations.
• Plan and optimise travel routes based on traffic, road, and weather conditions.
• Operate assigned vehicles in compliance with Singapore road safety regulations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicles remain in excellent operating condition.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, road tax renewals, and maintenance schedules.
• Refuel vehicles and monitor vehicle readiness for daily operations.
• Manage vehicle-related administrative tasks, including expense claims, cash card statements, and fuel receipt submissions.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while performing driving duties.
• Support additional duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of personal driver experience.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
• Proficiency in GPS navigation systems.
• Proficiency in English for communicating with management, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work beyond regular working hours when required.
• Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage.
