About the role

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join a growing national livestock funding organisation at the ground floor.

Main Responsibilities

(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)

Monitor livestock collateral through NLIS, ensuring records remain accurate and current

Prepare and issue client invoices for repayments and fees.

Assist with livestock finance documentation and agreement processing

Manage PPSR registrations and discharges throughout the loan lifecycle

Respond to client enquiries and provide account information as required

Education / Experience / Skills

Degree in business, commerce, finance, agriculture or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Administrative, financial services or agribusiness experience advantageous

Exposure to NLIS, PPSR or livestock systems desirable; training provided.

High attention to detail and accuracy is essential

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
