IT Service Delivery Manager
NSW Government | Contract | Parramatta (Hybrid)
Contract: 17/08/2026 - 31/12/2026 (with likely extension)
Rate: $900-$950/day + super

Own service delivery for a major grants management program - a genuinely varied role spanning ITSM, supplier management, and reporting/analytics support.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day service delivery across a whole-of-government platform - SLAs, incidents, problem management, supplier performance
• Build and mature ITSM processes and tools that actually get used, not just documented
• Support agencies with Whole of Government Reporting queries and help build bespoke dashboards
• Be the person who lifts other agencies' reporting capability, not just fixes their tickets

What you'll be up against

• Competing priorities across multiple agencies and suppliers, all wanting things now
• Getting ITSM discipline embedded in a way people will actually follow
• Agencies at very different maturity levels needing very different kinds of support

What you need

• 7+ years in IT service management, application support or service delivery in a complex enterprise environment
• Experience supporting business-critical, integrated platforms - reporting/analytics included
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; comfortable being the connective tissue between business, technical and supplier teams
• Hands-on exposure to Power BI, Azure, Snowflake or similar
• Solid grasp of data governance, data models and reporting concepts
• Relevant tertiary quals/certs in IT, IS, CS, Business or Data & Analytics - or equivalent experience
