The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Level 1 Building Surveyor to join the team in a fully remote capacity.

You’ll work across a mix of:

• Commercial building certification projects
• Technical consultancy and advisory work

This role offers strong variety and the chance to be involved in projects from early design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing and approving building applications in line with relevant legislation
• Providing expert advice on compliance with the NCC and relevant standards
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and technical documentation
• Managing client relationships across a range of commercial projects
• Supporting projects through the full certification lifecycle

About You

• Accredited Level 1 Building Surveyor (QLD)
• Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant legislation
• Experience across commercial projects
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
