Branch Assistant / Delivery Driver (Ballina)

Tradelink is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Branch Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our Ballina team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, deliveries, sales support, and warehouse operations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working as part of a supportive team, and developing a long-term career with a leading Australian trade business.

As a key member of our branch, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers

Processing sales orders and assisting customers with product enquiries

Delivering products and materials safely, professionally, and on time

Assisting with warehouse operations, including stock management, receipting, and order picking

Supporting branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch goals

What We're Looking For

A valid LR or MR Driver's Licence, or willingness to obtain one

Strong customer service and communication skills

A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude

Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment

Sound organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience in customer service, warehousing, delivery driving, trade supplies, plumbing, hardware, or a similar industry will be highly regarded, although full training will be provided to the right candidate

Forklift Licence highly regarded, but not essential
