The Role
Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of consolidated financial results and ensuring the integrity of group reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include;

• Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial reports and monthly reporting packs
• Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Assisting with month-end consolidation and close processes
• Preparing technical accounting papers and documentation
• Supporting audit requirements and responding to auditor queries
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Assisting with board and committee reporting
• Driving improvements in reporting processes and efficiencies
• Partnering with finance teams across the business to provide guidance on group reporting matters
• Ad hoc projects as required

The Candidate

• CA or CPA qualificatied from a Big4 of Mid-tier Chartered background
• Extensive experience in financial reporting and consolidation
• Background in listed or complex corporate environments
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across IFRS
• Proven experience supporting year-end and audit processes
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
