About the role

The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for supporting daily operational activities, including order processing, inventory coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow across the business.

The Operations Coordinator collaborates with sales and customer service teams to track deliveries, schedule on-site demos, and maintain accurate records of tools and equipment. The role involves handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports, as well as responding to internal and external operational queries.

Key responsibilities

Respond to internal and external operational queries from accountant / suppliers

About you

Strong communication skills in English and Chinese

Solid administrative capabilities, such as accurate data entry, document management, and report preparation

Communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

Analytical skills for interpreting operational data, identifying issues, and recommending process improvements

Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory or ERP systems) and attention to detail

Relevant experience in operations or coordination roles within industrial, automotive, construction, or engineering sectors is beneficial

A diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience
