Our client is a leading South Australian waste management and resource recovery company specialising in recycling, processing and sustainable waste solutions across commercial and industrial sectors.

This is a hands-on role suited to reliable operators who enjoy working outdoors and operating heavy machinery within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

• Operating Front End Loaders and Excavators across site operations
• Loading trucks, trailers and processing equipment
• Material handling, stockpile management and site clean-up
• Assisting with recycling and waste processing operations
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
• Completing production and operational records
• Working collaboratively within the operations team to meet daily targets
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

• Previous experience operating Front End Loaders and/or Excavators
• Relevant Loader and Excavator tickets essential
• Experience within waste management, recycling, quarry or civil industries highly regarded
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
