Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: North Brisbane to Beerwah, QLD
Work Type: Full Time
Rosta: 2:2 (10-12hour days) Hourly rate paid
The Opportunity Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to make your mark on major infrastructure projects?
We are partnering with a globally recognised industry leader in the successful delivery of complex integrated system projects. Specialising in cutting-edge rail signalling, train control, and communication solutions, our client has a massive pipeline of work and a strong reputation for outstanding project execution.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly capable Electrical Supervisor to lead site installations from Northside Brisbane up to Beerwah. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be the driving force on the ground, leading an electrical team to deliver high-quality outcomes safely, on time, and on budget.
What your typical day will look like:
Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor an electrical team carrying out complex installation works, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
Hands-on Rail Signalling: Oversee the installation and maintenance of critical railway signalling equipment, including signals, train stops, point machines, track circuits, and level crossings.
Champion Safety: Promote and drive the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management, including leading Toolbox and Safe Talks.
Project Delivery: Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of construction plans, keeping a close eye on time, cost, and quality.
Quality Control: Monitor site work to ensure strict compliance with engineering designs, client standards, and statutory regulations.
What you will need to succeed:
Electrical / Electrical Mechanic Licence
Certificate IV in Rail Signalling
Substantial proven experience working as a Supervisor within the railway industry
Valid Construction White or Blue Card & a current Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card
Clean Driver's Licence
Strong practical problem-solving and organisational skills
Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite
