Pharmacy 777 Golden Grove is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Pharmacy Technician to become a key member of our pharmacy team.

This is an opportunity to step beyond a traditional technician role into a broader position supporting the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy across dispensing, retail operations, inventory management and administration.

You will work closely with the Pharmacist Manager and Proprietors, helping the pharmacy operate efficiently, leading by example and contributing practical ideas for improvement.

Approximately 70% of the role involves retail operations, inventory management, administration and operational support, with around 30% involving dispensing support.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

· Manage stock ordering and inventory.

· Support efficient dispensing workflow and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist checking.

· Maintain a professional, organised and well-presented retail environment.

· Coordinate pharmacy administration and operational systems.

· Contribute to the implementation of pharmacy services and operational initiatives.

· Provide day-to-day guidance and practical support to pharmacy technicians and students.

· Lead by example through professionalism, organisation and teamwork.

· Identify operational issues and contribute practical ideas to improve workflow, organisation and efficiency.

About you

This role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, being well organised, supporting others to succeed and using their voice constructively.

You will ideally have:

· Previous community pharmacy experience

· Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy, an equivalent qualification, or relevant pharmacy technician experience

· Experience using pharmacy dispensing software

· Sound knowledge of community pharmacy operations

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· The ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks

· A positive, reliable and professional approach

· The confidence to take initiative, communicate constructively and recognise when guidance is required

· A genuine commitment to providing excellent patient and customer service

Experience with Minfos and pharmacy services would be advantageous but is not essential.
