About the role

We are a long-standing, patient-focused dental clinic seeking Dental Assistants to join our team. Due to growth, we are opening multiple positions: Full-Time Dental Assistant (Monday to Friday), Part-Time / Casual Dental Assistant (Tuesday, Thursday & alternate Saturdays), and Apprentice Dental Assistant (Entry-level applicants welcome). Key responsibilities

Chairside assisting across general and specialised dental procedures

Sterilisation, infection control, and maintaining a clean clinical environment

Preparing treatment rooms and organising instruments

Patient support before, during, and after procedures

Managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment

Reception support when required (training provided)

Following all clinical protocols, safety standards, and practice policies

What we expect:

Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Reliability, punctuality, and consistency in workflow

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting

Respect for patient confidentiality and clinical ethics

Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to clinic systems

Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Comfortable around procedures, instruments, and clinical settings

• Team-oriented – works well with dentists, hygienists, and admin staff
