About the role

As our Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play an important role in bringing our brand to life across multiple digital channels.

Working within our Marketing team, you'll help create engaging campaigns, eye-catching creative assets and user-friendly digital experiences that connect with our audience.

This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, design, website optimisation and AI-powered marketing tools.

Every day will be different, giving you the chance to develop a broad range of skills while learning from experienced marketing professionals.

What you'll be doing

You'll be involved in a variety of exciting marketing activities, including:

Designing digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations and digital advertising

Creating engaging content that aligns with our brand across multiple channels

Using AI tools to generate ideas, improve workflows and accelerate creative production

Designing website pages, landing pages and digital forms

Working alongside the Marketing team and collaborate with development and business stakeholders to turn briefs into clear, responsive and engaging digital experiences

Reviewing campaign performance and using data to recommend improvements

Supporting digital marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery

Assisting with broader marketing initiatives and team projects as required.

About you

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and ready to learn.

You'll ideally have:

A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

An interest in digital marketing, content creation and emerging technologies

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads or other digital marketing platforms is highly regarded

1-2 years' marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $70,000–$73,000 (including super)

Location: Docklands, Melbourne

Position: Full-time

Start Date: 15 September 2026
