The Role
As a Legal Assistant of a National Law Firm, you will support 2 Partners and the Team in the Dispute Litigation department.
Duties include:
- Opening and closing files
- Preparation of Briefs and legal documents and correspondence
- Court filing
- Monthly billings and cheque requisitions
- Diary management, dealing with clients
- and general administrative duties
Your experience
You will be required to have at least 3 years Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary experience. Some Litigation Legal Secretary experience is also essential.
The firm/ Salary/ Benefits
National law firm with 180 staff, supportive environment. Thorough Induction training, yearly salary/performance reviews, monthly drinks, corporate health plans, sporting events, charity participation, paid parental leave and corporate environment. Also offer 1 day a week WFH after probation. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $85,000 - $95,000 including superannuation).
