The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our Warehouse team on a full-time basis. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods across our business, including Food & Beverage, Hotels and other internal departments, while supporting both Loading Dock and Stores operations.

This role will primarily support Cellar Operations, servicing the business across its many bars and restaurants, and operates on a late afternoon/night shift with on-site training provided during the day prior to transitioning into a Thursday-Sunday role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Accurately receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock in line with daily operational requirements and system processes

Load and unload supplier deliveries safely in accordance with OH&S and food safety requirements

Manage inventory, documentation and system updates (including WMS) with a high level of accuracy

Work independently, assisting with broader warehouse and cellar operations duties across our restaurants and bars

Deliver goods safely across cold, chilled and ambient environments, including supporting cellar/keg operations as required

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, electric pallet jacks, RF scanners, tuggers) in line with licensing and safety standards

Support internal and supplier deliveries while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and compliance within the loading dock

About You

You are a reliable and motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You take pride in your work and are committed to safety, accuracy, compliance and customer service, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

You’ll bring:

A valid Australian Forklift Licence (essential) and ability to operate warehouse equipment

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or loading dock environment

Strong knowledge of safe manual handling, OH&S, food safety and HACCP practices

Experience or familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory processes

High attention to detail with strong accuracy, organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication, teamwork and customer-focused mindset
