We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Merchandising Manager to join Challenger Technologies Limited. This position reports directly to the Head of Merchandising and plays a crucial role in managing product selection, supplier relationships, and sales performance.

Working days: Monday - Fridays

Working hours: 9 AM - 6.30 PM

Job Description:

Purchasing and sourcing of new products.

Prepare and raise purchase orders and other buying admin tasks.

Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships.

Able to achieve set targets.

Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and problem solving skills in a changing & dynamic environment.

Able to work independently and with other departments to deliver stellar results.

Support internal stakeholders and communicate any potential issues that may impact on business operations.

Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.

Prepare reports and updates as and when required.

Other adhoc duties by your supervisor when needed.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/relevant courses

With merchandising experience.

Able to work independently

Proficient in MS Excel and Office

Good communication skills and team player

Good working attitude

Meticulous and independent
