Key responsibilities
Maintain and update accounts ledgers, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Prepare bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management accounts
Process payroll information and ensure accurate salary disbursements
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Assist in tax compliance activities and maintain relevant documentation
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding accounting matters
Perform general administrative duties to support the accounting department
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
