We are OTAKARAYA, a leading Japanese company specializing in the purchase and sale of luxury handbags, watches, precious metals and jewelry. With more than 1,930 locations nationwide, we operate one of the largest store networks in the industry.

In addition to Japan, we have expanded into markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand. As we continue to grow our international presence, we remain committed to expanding our store network and strengthening our business.

We are currently hiring for our Clementi Mall store.

[Job Description]
- Welcome customers, guide them to the consultation area and provide friendly, professional service.
- Appraise luxury handbags, watches, precious metals and jewelry brought in by customers, provide price quotations and negotiate purchases.
- Handle administrative tasks, including shipping purchased items and entering sales data.

No prior experience in appraisals or knowledge of luxury brands is required.
You will not be expected to handle everything on your own from the start.
With support from experienced team members and our specialist appraisal team in Japan, even candidates with no prior experience can build their skills with confidence.

Marketing activities and customer appointments are primarily managed by our head office team,
allowing you to focus on serving customers in-store.

[Incentive Program]
We handle high-value items such as luxury handbags, watches and jewelry.
Because of this, even a single sale can have a meaningful impact on your earnings through our incentive program.
With no cap on incentives, top-performing team members can earn more than $8,000 per month.

Salary: From $5,000 per month + incentives (top performers may earn over $7,000)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (8-hour workday)
Days Off: Two days off per week (rotating schedule)
