About the role

The role of Section Manager involves leading a dedicated team to oversee the operational management and technical advisory of signaling systems, ensuring compliance, performance, and safety within the section.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the function of a section and unit

Assist in implementing procedures aligned with quality standards and work specifications

Ensure cybersecurity compliance and conduct audits for the section

Update and collect necessary information for reporting in daily production meetings

Monitor work performance and motivate staff to meet Signal Performance Standards

Maintain, sustain, and improve safety and quality requirements

Analyze and review the performance of signaling and PSD systems

Assess manpower and material resource adequacy for the section

Review and identify training needs for staff

Conduct periodic supervision of staff work and endorse necessary reports

About you

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant engineering field from a recognized institution

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field

Proven experience with signaling and PSD systems and equipment

Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
