We specialise in providing legal and commercial advisory support primarily to Registered Clubs and select Large Corporate entities.

Location

You will generally be required to attend our office to work, with some remote working permitted as agreed prior to appointment. You will be encouraged to attend select industry events across Sydney and Regional NSW.

About the Role

Due to a continuing growth in client demand and referral work we are seeking to appoint a self-starting solicitor to assist with matters.

In this rare commercial only focused role you will receive quality experience in registered club, AML?CTF, corporate and commercial matters in a friendly environment.

You will work for our CEO & Legal Director supporting him closely on the matters he works on. You will have direct client contact and be well supported.

Duties & Responsibilities

The work you will assist with includes typical registered club and commercial lawyer work including the following:

AML CTF Independent Evaluations, Review and Programs

Liquor Licensing

Registered Club Amalgamation Work

Registered Club Constitution and Corporate Governance Work

Registered Club Liquor & Gaming application work.

General Commercial Contract Work

Skills & Experience

The requirements for this role include:

An Australian Law Degree

A New South Wales Practicing Certificate

Quality Commercial and Corporate Experience

Excellent attention to detail and an ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

1 - 6 Years Legal Experience

Computer Literate in Microsoft Outlook and Word

Excellent Communication and Drafting Skills

Being Self Motivated, Mature, Friendly and Flexible

Excellent Communication Skills

A Strong Desire for Work Life Balance

Good References

AML CTF experience would be well regarded but not essential.
