Join Our Kitchen Team As A Weekend Chef

Location: Malmsbury, VIC
Pay: $34/hr + penalty rates + super
Roster: Part-Time | Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Cater Care is looking for a passionate Weekend Chef to join our Malmsbury team!

Beyond preparing quality meals, you'll work alongside young people in training and work experience programs. We're looking for someone who can foster a supportive, respectful environment and mentor these individuals, all while maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and deliver meals for clients
• Support bulk cooking and tray service delivery
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with general kitchen duties as required

About You

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen or catering environment
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s Licence with reliable personal transport
• National Police Check and annual Flu Vaccination (or willing)
