WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead, coach, and develop a team of FCs to achieve business objectives and professional growth

Recruit, onboard, and retain FCs to build a strong and sustainable advisory team

Monitor team performance, identify capability gaps, and implement coaching and development plans.

Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

Support advisers in handling complex client cases and provide guidance on suitable financial planning solutions

Develop and implement business plans and initiatives to drive team sales growth/productivity and service quality

Monitor business performance through regular reviews, pipeline management, and performance reporting

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence

Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, and communicate relevant updates to the team

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline

Relevant financial advisory certifications and licences required under applicable regulatory requirements

Professional qualifications in financial planning or wealth management are an advantage

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance, wealth management, or financial services, including at least 2 years in a people management role

Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing advisory teams

Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial advisory industry.

Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
