Instructional Designer - Contract (6 months)
Melbourne | 3 days onsite | $800/day + super

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the superannuation sector to secure an experienced Instructional Designer for an initial 6-month contract.

This role will focus on developing high-quality eLearning solutions and uplifting internal training capability as part of a broader transformation program.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning content using Articulate Rise
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into effective learning experiences
• Support the uplift of training capability across the business
• Contribute to learning strategies aligned to business outcomes

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in eLearning development (Articulate Rise essential)
• Strong instructional design capability across digital learning solutions
• Experience working within financial services or superannuation highly regarded
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Melbourne-based candidates preferred, with a hybrid model of 3 days in office.
