Kellie Finlay Legal is a Brisbane CBD based plaintiff personal injury firm that is growing.

We are looking for our next superstar Lawyer to join our incredible team. You will be working along side 2 senior Lawyers and 2 junior Lawyers.

The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) with the ability to confidently to run matters autonomously across the areas of CTP Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, WorkCover claims and Public Liability claims.

Key responsibilities will include:

Management of personal injury files to resolution;

Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including Notice of Accident Claim Forms, Notice of Claim for Damages, Part 1 and Part 2 Notice of Claim Forms, submissions, and settlement documents;

Liaising with clients, insurers, counsel, medical professionals, and other stakeholders;

Attending settlement conferences;

Written advices to clients.
