About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in UX/UI Design, Sketch, and user-centered design practices, with the ability to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design activities, from user research and requirements gathering to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and final delivery

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Sketch and other relevant design tools

Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to translate requirements into intuitive and practical user experiences

Apply user-centered design, usability principles, design thinking, and UX best practices to improve digital products and user journeys

Conduct design reviews, gather user and stakeholder feedback, and continuously refine designs based on insights and usability outcomes

About you

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, UX Design, or Product Design, with a strong portfolio of digital and web-based solutions

Proven experience working across the full UI/UX design lifecycle in enterprise or digital product environments

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

Strong hands-on experience in UI/UX Design and UX Design, including user journeys, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability design

Proficiency in Sketch for creating wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, and design deliverables

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, interaction design, visual design, and design systems

Experience with web development concepts, HTML/CSS, responsive design, and understanding of frontend development constraints

Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and experience applying them to product or service design

Experience with other design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
