Client Side Project Manager

The role focuses on enhancing existing commercial assets through strategic upgrades, workplace fitouts and refurbishment projects that improve the tenant experience, extend asset life and add long-term value to premium property portfolios.

Working closely with the Directors, you'll become part of a collaborative, high-performing team where your ideas are valued, your contribution is recognised and you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your projects.

You'll work across projects including:

Commercial office fitouts

Lobby and end-of-trip facility upgrades

Building services and base building upgrades

Landlord CAPEX programs

Asset repositioning projects

Restaurant and hospitality refurbishments

Premium commercial refurbishment projects

No two projects are the same, giving you exposure to a diverse range of commercial assets, clients and project challenges.

The Role

As the Client Side Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from feasibility through to completion, acting as the client's trusted representative throughout the project lifecycle.

Working across multiple projects, you'll coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, tenants and key stakeholders while managing programme, budget, procurement, quality and risk to deliver successful outcomes.

This role offers genuine autonomy and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong client relationships and delivering projects with confidence.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from feasibility through to handover

Act as the client's representative throughout project delivery

Coordinate consultants, contractors and statutory authorities

Manage design development and procurement

Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets and financial performance

Lead contract administration and commercial management

Chair project meetings and provide clear client reporting

Identify and manage project risks and opportunities

Coordinate landlords, tenants and project stakeholders

Support and mentor junior team members as the business continues to grow

About You

You'll ideally bring:

3+ years' client-side Project Management experience

Around 5+ years' experience within the construction industry

Experience delivering commercial refurbishment, fitout or landlord CAPEX projects

Experience working with commercial landlords, asset owners or institutional property portfolios will be highly regarded

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience managing consultants, contractors and project teams

Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management or similar

White Card

You're someone who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously, solving problems and building long-term relationships with clients and project teams.
