The Opportunity
Every day, you'll connect with customers, guiding them through a tailored sales experience as you match them with the perfect general insurance products – from Car, Motorcycle, Home, Contents as well as Roadside Assistance. It's about more than just a sale; it's about building trust, adding genuine value, and delivering an excellent customer experience that reinforces why they choose Auto & General. No insurance or call centre experience needed, just great communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Important Information (Please Read Before Applying)
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: This is an in-office role based in our modern North Lakes office (free staff parking provided).
Start Date: Monday 6th July, 2026
Working Hours: This full-time role operates on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with your shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. You will also be rostered to work a maximum of one Saturday every 1 to 4 weeks.
