Role Overview

We are hiring for both Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager positions.

As part of our retail leadership team, you will play a key role in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a motivated team. Whether you are an experienced Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.

Recruit, onboard, train and coach team members.

Foster a positive, energetic and collaborative team culture.

Conduct regular coaching and performance management.

Customer Experience

Deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience.

Lead by example on the sales floor.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively.

Sales & Performance

Drive store sales and achieve business KPIs.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans.

Motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets.

Analyse sales opportunities to improve store performance.

Operations & Visual Merchandising

Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Oversee inventory management and stock accuracy.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.

Ensure compliance with company policies and mall operating requirements.

Brand Representation

Be a strong ambassador for the Subdued brand.

Maintain a vibrant and fashion-forward store environment.

Share ideas to improve customer experience and store performance.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of retail experience.

At least 1–2 years' experience managing a retail store, preferably in fashion retail.

Passion for fashion and customer service.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales.

Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
