Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 2C = $16,280) per annum

St Catherine's Catholic College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Middle Leaders joining the team commencing in 2027.
These are full-time, permanent teaching roles with a fixed-term appointment to the Middle Leader position concluding in 2030.
The Middle Leader supports the mission of St Catherines Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.
We are currently seeking applications for the following Middle Leader positions:
Tier 2C Middle Leader Allowance - $16,280 per annum:
- Program Middle Leader - Coaching
- Curriculum/Program Middle Leader - Movement (HPE 7-12 and Sport Program 3-12)
- Curriculum/Program Middle Leader - Cultural (The Arts 7-12 and Cultural Program 3-12)
- Program Middle Leader - Inclusive Practices (P-12)
- Curriculum Middle Leader - EHRL(English, Humantiies, Religious Education & Languages)
- Curriculum Middle Leader - STM (Science, Technologies and Mathematics)
- Middle Leader - Pastoral (Years 7 and 8)
- Middle Leader - Pastoral (Years 9 and 10)
- Middle Leader - Pastoral (Years 11 and 12)
- Program Middle Leader - Pathways & Tracking

To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements. You’ll pair that professional credibility with a proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement. Most importantly, you’ll lead with integrity, model our Catholic ethos in practice, and be motivated by helping both students and staff flourish.
