Schemes Account Executive | Richmond

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of schemes clients, maintaining strong relationships
• Provide tailored insurance solutions, primarily focusing on PI and PL covers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share workload evenly
• Keep abreast of industry changes and advise clients accordingly
• Contribute to team goals by maintaining high standards of compliance and client satisfaction

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy, shared portfolio
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of schemes in financial services, allied health, or trades sectors is preferred but not essential
• An Australian insurance license or certification in accordance with industry regulations
