Joondalup to Warwick | Early Morning Starts | Ongoing Casual Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Visual Merchandiser to join our team servicing major supermarket stores across Perth's Northern Suburbs, primarily between the Joondalup and Warwick areas.

This is an ongoing casual position offering consistent weekly hours and early morning starts. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable and is interested in becoming a long-term member of the team.

About the Role

Working across a regular run of supermarket stores, you will be responsible for maintaining and presenting fresh floral displays to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

• Merchandising and maintaining floral displays within major supermarkets
• Receiving, unpacking and rotating fresh stock
• Maintaining attractive, well-presented displays
• Removing damaged or unsaleable product
• Completing stock and merchandising requirements
• Keeping display and work areas clean, organised and safe
• Communicating with store teams and your Area Manager
• Completing required reporting and recording your shifts accurately

Current Roster

The current roster is approximately:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 6.00am Starts - shifts will be 4-6 hours each.
• Wednesday: Additional hours expected to be added soon

Hours may vary slightly depending on store requirements, seasonal demand and workload.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and comfortable with consistent 6:00am starts
• Based in or around Perth's Northern Suburbs, ideally within reasonable travelling distance of Joondalup and Warwick
• Comfortable travelling between stores as part of their regular run
• Able to work independently and manage their time effectively
• Physically capable of unpacking stock, lifting cartons and completing repetitive merchandising tasks
• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with store teams
• Detail-focused with an eye for presentation
• Looking for consistent, ongoing casual work

Previous merchandising, retail or supermarket experience is helpful, but not essential. We are happy to consider someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A current Australian driver's licence
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Availability for the roster above, including Saturday mornings
• A smartphone for work-related communication and reporting
• Australian working rights
