THE ROLE
Due to continued project wins, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join the Sydney team.

This role will see you delivering refurbishment, redevelopment and capital works projects from inception through to completion, managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.

This position is ideally suited to someone who is immediately available or able to commence at short notice. The team has secured a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who can quickly integrate into live projects and make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead refurbishment, redevelopment and capital works projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across live operational environments.
- Control programme, budget, procurement, risk and project governance.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders.
- Prepare client reports, governance papers and executive presentations.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Support business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior members of the project management team.

ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced client-side or consultancy Project Manager with a strong background delivering building refurbishment projects.

Education experience is highly regarded, however candidates with refurbishment experience across healthcare, government, commercial, defence, mixed-use or other institutional sectors are equally encouraged to apply.

You'll bring:
- 5-10+ years' experience delivering building construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing refurbishment, renovation and capital works projects.
- Experience working within a client-side consultancy or project management environment.
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contract administration and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- AIPM, PMP, MRICS or similar professional accreditation will be highly regarded.
