Randstad Senior Finance is supporting a private equity backed health services business that is looking to recruit a Corporate Development & Strategy Manager to help fuel their ongoing growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is a critical hire for an organisation that is growing rapidly through M&A.

As Corporate Development & Strategy Manager you will be responsible for

• Leading on the integration of newly acquired businesses into the wider group (people, processes, systems and accounts)
• Working with the CEO and Private Equity partners, supporting ongoing due diligence of future M&A prospects with a view of value creation through synergies
• Drive cultural change across the group by effective stakeholder engagement of senior executives
• Project manage both small individual and larger programmes of change management activities
• Development of target operating models for acquired businesses within the group
• Value creation through synergy realisation for already acquired companies within the group

To be successful in this position you will have

• Demonstrable experience in the delivery of a post-merger end-to-end integration
• Demonstrable delivery of measurable cost and revenue synergies through transformation activities
• Direct experience consolidating enabling functions such as Finance, Technology, and Operations
• Experience with EBITDA accountability
• MBA or similar (highly desirable)

The role entails regular travel to the head office but also to sites of newly acquired businesses which may be across Melbourne.
