Manager Program Delivery – Social Procurement & Workforce Development
- 12-month contract (until May 2027)
- Sydney CBD location with hybrid working arrangements
- 35 hours per week (7-hour days)
- $780–$1,000 per day + super
APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Manager Program Delivery – Social Procurement & Workforce Development for an immediate start with a NSW Government organisation based in Sydney CBD.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead workforce development initiatives that drive meaningful employment outcomes, particularly supporting Aboriginal participation across major infrastructure and energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning and workforce development strategies that deliver sustainable employment outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, government, training organisations and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement social procurement and workforce development initiatives.
- Monitor program performance, reporting, governance and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Aboriginal employment and workforce participation outcomes.
- Support strategic planning and program delivery across multiple projects throughout NSW.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in workforce development, social procurement, employment programs or strategic program delivery.
- Well-established networks across industry, workforce development, training providers or government sectors.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing programs, reporting, governance and performance outcomes.
- Understanding of Aboriginal Participation Plans or similar employment and regulatory frameworks is highly regarded.
- Qualifications in workforce development, training, project/program management or a related discipline are advantageous.
