Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts officer to support their small team . The role is full time hours and the view to go permanent for the right candidate, Monday to Friday.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Data entry of invoices - high volume
Process and pay invoices
Debt collection
Payroll/Superannuation
Follow up of debtors
Reconciliation of EOM payment runs
Preparation of financial reports
Other admin duties as required
Essential Criteria:
Experience managing debtors and creditors
Previous knowledge off accounting software - MYOB is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
Ability to provide a current NPC
