Key Responsibilities:

Keep full sets of accounts in SAP, including but not limited to all aspects of progress billings (including AML check), payment to contractors, GST submission, and monitoring of cashflow, loans, and interest repayments.

Prepare monthly financial reports for management.

Handle external auditors for the annual audit and internal auditors for periodic reviews.

Prepare the annual budget and forecast.

Assist with ad-hoc requests for information from other departments or project teams, as well as administrative tasks for the Finance Department.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

Preferably with experience in maintaining a full set of accounts.

Some experience or exposure to real estate accounting.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.

Good command of English.

Able to communicate and interact effectively with personnel across different departments.

Adaptable to changes arising from the introduction of new laws and regulations.
