We are a growing workplace Safety Solutions provider Servicing Businesses across Victoria.

We help Organisations stay Compliant with Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety requirements through First Aid, Safety Equipment, Onsite servicing and ongoing support.

We are seeking a motivated, organized and mature Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is a varied role combining mostly Face to Face sales support, field services and coordination of some relevant administration tasks.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in Supporting Business growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with Customers , Technicians and Management to coordinate Services, Maintain Client Relationship and Support Sales Activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation for customers.

Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to support business growth.

Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, and ongoing account management.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Service Coordination

Coordinate service schedules, technician appointments, and customer bookings.

Liaise with customers to confirm service requirements, appointments, and follow-up activities.

Monitor and ensure service commitments are delivered within agreed timeframes.

Maintain accurate service records, customer information, and documentation.

Support customer retention activities, including service reminders and renewal follow-ups.

Field Service Support

Attend customer sites as required to perform first aid equipment servicing, inspections, stock replenishment, and related service activities.

Conduct routine equipment checks in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements.

Complete service reports and update customer records following site visits.

Assist with urgent customer service requests and ad-hoc service callouts.

Administration & Operations

Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system and company databases.

Process sales orders, service requests, and related documentation.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general correspondence as required.

Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-up schedules.

Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and customer service standards.

General

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Undertake additional duties as reasonably required to support business operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in administration, customer service, Face to Face sales support or account coordination

Proven Sales records and contribution to business Growth

Strong organisational and time management skills

Highly autonomous, comfortable to work independent, be able to multitask and self-motivated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Experience with CRM systems (preferred)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Hold Australian driver’s licence (Mandatory), comfortable visiting customers across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
