An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three Senior Executives and manage day-to-day operations, including events, travel, hosting guests, and project management, for a leading FMCG company based in Richmond.

This position will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure the company's goals and objectives are achieved.

We are looking for a high-performing professional who is outcome-driven and capable of delivering quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

The ability to manage a varied workload with strong responsiveness and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

About the role

As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Executive Assistant will support and manage the following:

Diary management

Travel & expenses coordination

Event support and management

Project management support

Attending leadership meetings, taking notes, documenting actions, and following up

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing confidential and efficient coordination of administration services to ensure the smooth flow of information to and from the relevant stakeholders. Other key tasks within this position will include:

The ability to prioritise tasks so that they are completed effectively, to a high standard, and in a timely manner

Liaising effectively and efficiently with staff at all levels

Liaising with various external organisations

This position is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.

Experience in a corporate organisation

Highly organised with the ability to coordinate processes and improve efficiencies within the Executive Office

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work under pressure, with excellent prioritisation skills

Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Well-presented and reliable

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Collaborative and positive team player
