Production and Logistics Operators - Rotating Shifts

Farm Frites Australia is a leading producer of high-quality potato products, supplying customers across Australia and around the world. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for motivated and reliable Production and Logistics Operators to join our manufacturing team, due to commence in early 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a brand-new state of the art manufacturing environment, with a growing global food manufacturing business that values safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As a Production &/or Logistics employee, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety are maintained.

These position’s require flexibility to work a rotating roster across Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts, with the potential change in patterns as we move to 24/7 in year 2.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery

Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Following food safety, quality, and workplace health and safety procedures

Packing, sorting, and handling finished products

Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment

Assisting with changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting

Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

Reporting equipment issues, hazards, or quality concerns

Moving Equipment through storage facility

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working in a factory, manufacturing, processing, or production environment

Ability to work a rotating shift roster: Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts (this is essential)

Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Ability to follow procedures and work instructions

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Physical fitness to undertake manual handling and standing for extended periods

Desirable

Food manufacturing experience

Forklift licence

Experience operating automated production equipment

Understanding of GMP, HACCP, or food safety systems
