The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to manage a portfolio of lovely modern townhouses/terraces in collaboration with the caretaking team and the broader business.

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive Property Management skills and experience. No two days will be the same in this position, offering a dynamic work environment with one of Brisbane’s top tier developers.

• Provide full, end-to-end management of a portfolio of circa 100 modern townhouses/terraces located within 5 complexes in Brisbane's inner East.
• Collaborate closely with the onsite caretaking team to maintain seamless operations and property maintenance.
• Use of PropertyME software (No Trust Accounting)
• Enjoy support from a Team Leader, multiple VA's and a Leasing Consultant.

The Candidate:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager looking to gain more exposure to end-to-end developments and onsite management. We require an experienced Property Manager, who is proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, contractors, and body corporate.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Real Estate Certificate of Registration or full Licence.
• Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience.
