Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join the Perth branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing parts support to both internal and external customers
• Interpreting customer enquiries and identifying correct parts
• Supplying parts for generators, compressors, and associated equipment
• Sourcing parts locally and nationally as required
• Processing invoices and managing parts orders
• Maintaining accurate inventory and system records
• Resolving discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders
• Supporting workshop and service teams with parts identification

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter or similar role
• Mechanical aptitude, ideally within generators, engines, or industrial equipment
• Strong computer literacy and systems experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Forklift licence (high risk) - advantageous but not essential
