Toll Recruit are seeking casual HR Drivers for a Toll Client who specialise in the delivery of gases for healthcare, industrial and hospitality sectors.

Based in Rocklea, the role will be Monday to Friday. The company supplies compressed and bulk gases, chemicals and equipment around Brisbane and the surrounding regions.

This is an ongoing opportunity with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing multiple deliveries (up to 20 per day) of cylinders (LPG, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, etc.) in a safe and effective manner
• Assist with the unloading of gas cylinders (multiple products) as required using a tail lift and trolley to lift the product off and on
• Setting up the gas cylinders at customer premises as required
• Comply with all safety regulations and act in a responsible and safe manner at all times
• Delivering to hospitals, pubs, industrial areas, etc.

What We're Looking For

• Current HR Licence
• DG (Dangerous goods) licence and/or LF (forklift) licence highly desirable but not essential
• Must be able to drive a synchromesh gearbox
• Ability to provide a recent driving history report
• Police check (or willingness to obtain one; company checks provided; recent checks may fast-track application)
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience highly regarded
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, including knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
