Macron Sports Hub Perth is seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales, customer service and operational support, working closely with sporting clubs and customers to manage their requirements from initial enquiry and quotation through to order, production and delivery.

The role will involve managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, following up opportunities, coordinating orders with our warehouse and suppliers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing club accounts. You will also assist with the day-to-day management of our online club shops, including product setup, customer enquiries, order coordination and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the process.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded person who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of their work. Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration or operations would be highly regarded, along with strong communication and computer skills. An interest or background in Sports, sporting clubs or the sportswear industry would be a significant advantage.
