RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform end to end recruitment.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.

Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Requirement

Prefer someone ASAP, or max. within 1 week notice

Preferably from semi-con/ manufacturing industry, experience in recruiting blue collar positions (mainly technicians/ engineers, and senior positions
