This leading national tourism company is growing their team and have the opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join them.

The Role

· As part of a supportive team based in their head office you will be responsible for managing the return-to-work process for their employees across the country after any work-related injuries.

· Oversee the injury management process

· Develop injury prevention strategies

· Ensure accurate and appropriate record keeping

· Be across relevant legislations state by state

· Manage communication channels between stakeholders, internally and externally

The Must Haves

· Previous experience in a similar injury management or return to work role

· You will need your Work SA - Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation

· Previous experience in managing all workers’ compensation functions

· Strong stakeholder management skills

· Excellent organisational and record keeping skills
