Hiring Full-time Desktop Engineer (L2)

Location: Singapore

B2b One year contract

Engineers must have valid working rights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems such as Windows and macOS.

• Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

• Perform system imaging, software installation, patching, and upgrades.

• Configure and support printers, scanners, docking stations, and peripheral devices.

• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions through Active Directory or similar tools.

• Handle ticket management through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or Freshservice.

• Support meeting room devices, video conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, antivirus updates, and endpoint protection standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities including device allocation and account setup/deactivation.
