The Role

• Lead site crews and coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials and daily activities
• Manage programmes, productivity and project costs alongside the Project Manager
• Read plans, set daily priorities and ensure work is delivered to specification
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project teams throughout delivery
• Maintain site safety, quality, environmental requirements and project documentation

The Criteria

• Experience with a local civil contractor as a Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand ready to step up
• Exposure to civil construction, earthworks, drainage, pavements, concrete or streetscape projects
• Confidence leading crews and maintaining control of site productivity and quality
• Ability to read plans, coordinate resources and solve practical site issues
