Development Manager – Residential/Commercial/Retail

We are seeking an experienced mid-to-senior Development Manager to join our team, working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial/retail development projects throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

The role will have end-to-end involvement across the development lifecycle, including monthly reporting, site acquisitions and due diligence, planning and DA approvals, consultant coordination, builder procurement and engagement, project finance, sales and marketing, construction delivery, handover and settlements.

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, hands-on and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders from initial opportunity through to successful completion. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of projects and work closely with an experienced property development team across a growing South East Queensland portfolio.
