About the Role
This role leads UX and UI design across multiple digital platforms, establishing a centralised design system and ensuring consistent, accessible and user-centred experiences. Working closely with developers and stakeholders, the role translates complex requirements into high-fidelity designs, prototypes and scalable design components that improve usability and support continuous digital improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the user interface across multiple websites
- Lead the development of a centralised Figma-based design system
- Build and manage component libraries, variants and design tokens
- Establish and document UI standards, patterns and best practice guidelines
- Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Conduct design reviews and ensure consistency across digital products
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a senior UX/UI designer in digital environments
- Strong capability in building and managing design systems in Figma
- Proven experience with UX research, user testing and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
