About the Role

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve business outcomes and support large-scale transformation. This is a business-facing role where you’ll act as an advisor, facilitator and analyst across a range of exciting engagements.

You’ll gain experience in:

Project delivery and execution

Business analysis and stakeholder engagement

Process design, improvement and implementation

Customer and user experience mapping

Data insights and remediation

Agile and human-centred design methods

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after graduates who are not only analytical and curious, but also confident communicators and natural relationship-builders. You’ll thrive in collaborative environments and be energised by solving problems that matter.

Ideal candidates will be:

Recent graduates (or graduating by late 2026) in Business/Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related fields

Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

Strong in critical thinking, analysis and written communication

Interested in superannuation, financial services or consulting

Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable

Australian citizens or permanent residents, Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
